    1. Can a UPiC be anything I want?
      Yes, as long as it is not copyrighted or obscene. Sorry ladies, no Taylor Lautner.
    2. What is the best format to send my photo or artwork in?
      The highest resolution possible in either an .eps, .jpg or .tiff file.
    3. Is there a minimum file size and resolution I need to upload?
      For best results use files that are over 2mb or over 4 megapixels for image clarity. If it's blurry to you it will be more so when enlarged.
    4. Is your web site secure?
      Yes, very secure. A Secure Socket Layer was purchased from GoDaddy.com.
  2. Orders
    1. What are my payment options?
      We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
    2. When will I receive my order?
      If a personal photo or artwork is uploaded, product will ship 1 - 2 weeks after image is received. If professionally taken photo is ordered from School Picture Company, then allow 2 - 3 weeks from date order is received.
    3. Can I cancel my order?
      An order must be cancelled within 24 hours.
    4. What is your return and refund policy?
      We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we make an error in the printing process, or your image differs from the image you uploaded, please let us know at info@u-pics.com and we will replace it immediatley.
    5. How do I order a product in a custom size or large quantity and what will it cost me?

    6. How are products shipped?
      Smaller lightweight products will ship through the U.S. Postal Service. Larger, heavier or odd sized products will ship FedEx. FedEx items will ship "No Signature Required".
    7. What if FedEx does not deliver to my neighborhood?
      Call The Image House at 219.947.0800 to arrange for an alternate delivery service.
  3. E-Skins
    1. What are skins made of?
      A high quality removable adhesive designed to adhere to plastics used in electronic devices and games. The adhesive will not damage surface, or leave a residue, when removed.
    2. Why do I need to measure and enter the dimensions for a laptop skin?
      All makes and models of laptop lids vary in size. We want the skin to fit perfectly!
    3. Can I place skins on other surfaces than plastic?
      This is not recommended since the adhesive is designed to adhere to plastics.
  4. Stand-Outs
    1. What are stand-outs made of?
      A 1/8" thick clear acrylic.
    2. How is my photo printed?
      It is a reverse print so the photo is on the back side when mounted. The frame can be cleaned while photo is protected.
    3. What does mounting hardware look like?
      Each frame receives two brushed nickel stand offs, 2 screws and 2 wall anchors. The stand-offs will mount the frame to "Stand-Out" a half inch from the wall.
    4. Will I receive installation instructions?
      Yes.
    5. Why should I mount the frame on light color walls?
      The photo will "Stand-Out" better against light colored walls.
    6. Do I have to order the frame with drilled holes and mounting hardware?
      No, but this request must be clearly stated in the job comments on order form. If no request is made, holes will be drilled and mounting hardware included.
    7. Can I get the frame in any other size?

  5. Eraser Plate
    1. What is an Eraser Plate?
      It is a dry erase plate, with a removable adhesive or magnetic back. Both materials adhere to school lockers, refrigerators, file cabinetss or other metal surfaces. The removable adhesive does not damage surface, or leave a residue, when removed.
    2. Can I place my Eraser Plate on a wall?
      Yes.
    3. How does my photo print?
      It is grey-scale or watermark photo in color or black & white. The current school year is also printed on plate.
    4. What is the size of the Eraser Plate?
      It is 6" wide and 10" tall to fit in skinnier school lockers. It only comes in a portrait orientation.
    5. Do I get a dry erase marker?
      Yes, along with a Velcro strip to place the marker on the plate.
    6. Can I order something other than a photo?
      Yes any non-copyrighted graphic can be ordered such as a quote, symbol, photo of an object, or self-designed graphic. All art has to be print ready and additional job notes are helpful!
  6. Stick 'Ems
    1. What are Stick 'Ems?
      A 24" wide by 12" tall sheet of peel & stick decals. There are 18 photos: 9 squares and 9 oval photos. There are 6 frames for those 2.5" x 3.5" large wall photos and 26 fun decals.
    2. What are Stick 'Ems made of?
      A patented adhesive back vinyl proven not to damage surfaces. These decals can be placed on smooth surfaces such as walls, mirrors, books, metals, plastics, or glass.
    3. Can I move and reuse the decals?
      Each time the decal is moved and placed on another surface the sticky back will become less adhesive.
  7. Wall Skins
    1. What are Wall Skins made of?
      A patented adhesive back vinyl proven not to damage surfaces.
    2. Are there any surfaces I should avoid?
      Yes, freshly painted walls. (allow 2 weeks to cure) and cinder blocks or brick walls.
    3. Can I place a Wall Skin on an outside wall?
      No, Wall Skins are for interior use only.
    4. How do I install the larger Wall Skins?
      Installation instructions are included with all wall skins or you can watch the installation video
    5. Can I order a Wall Skin as a graphic?
      Yes, any non-copyrighted graphics can be ordered such as quote, a symbol, photo of an object, or self-designed graphic. Art must be print ready and type in additional job notes.
    6. Can I move and reuse the decals?
      Each time the decal is moved and placed on another surface the sticky back will become less adhesive.
